What are Process Improvement Projects?
Process Improvement Projects are tailored to meet our clients’ needs, their constraints and the issues that need resolving. They are targeted at specific issues and involve working directly with a team of your people to solve that issue. They can be structured over a short period of time with a minimal number or days or over a longer period with greater engagement. They can involve a large team or a small number of key people. Projects will be focused around introducing and using some of the key continuous improvement tools.
